LEADERSHIP INTEGRITY AND TEAM EFFECTIVENESS: AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

The study has its main objective to empirically analyze the role of culture in organizations. As leadership is considered one of the most important factors towards motivation and then organizational performance, however it may not work without integrity. And when we talk about integrity, in organizations for leadership integrity, it takes a lot of time to be established and maintained. Similarly, when leadership integrity may be established, it is postulated that teams can work better and perform more efficiently. To test the proposition, after developing theoretical framework, data were collected from respondents. To analyze the data, SPSS software was employed and results were generated accordingly. Findings of the study show that both hypotheses got accepted and hence recommendations for future researchers and practitioner, this study can be really useful.
