A STUDY OF SOCIO-PSYCHO CAUSES OF FAILURE OF FEMALE STUDENTS AT SECONDARY LEVEL IN DISTRICT KOTLI, AJ&K

This study was descriptive and quantitative in nature. Survey method was adapted to the collect the data. In this concern, researcher designed a questionnaire, respectively for the students of the secondary schools female students of Kotli AJ&K. All 1,197 girls who were studying in public schools of Kotli AJ&K at secondary level were the population of the current study. Descriptive Statistics were used for item analysis whereas inferential statistics (correlation) were used to find the Relationship between Socio and Psycho factors of female students. It was concluded that majority of teacher’s attitudes were positive and democratic. The result shown that majority of the respondents agreed with the statement ‘Teachers are democratic’’It was found that the relationship between socio and psycho causes of failure of female students at secondary level learning relationship between teachers and students were very positive, strong, balanced and comprehensive. It is recommended that teacher’s attitudes were positive and democratic should be encouraged to maximize student’s achievements.
